The increasing concern for ethics within the business environments raises several interesting questions like what is ethics itself. Subsequently, promotion of ethical behaviour in businesses has become increasingly important to many businesses as well as, consumers. This addressed the problem of how unethical practices by small businesses affect consumer buying behaviour. Four restaurants within Yola, Adamawa State were analysed in this study, these restaurants were Damasa Restaurant, Top 10 restaurant, Tasty Menu Restaurant, and Item 7 Restaurant. Primary data was collected.
